Beauty is pain. Huhuhhu&#8230; Seksa dan azab jugak la bila kena buat balik diet kalori. Rehat selama setahun sebab pregnant dan berpantang. Selama ni bantai je makan apa, sedap je duk rilek. Hambik. Sekarang nak mulakan balik memang berat sangat.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Berat dah bertambah sekilo daripada awal mengandung. So, kena buat defisit kalori. Kalau ikutkan intake kalori sebenarnya 1800 kalori. Tapi, sebab nak kurangkan berat, maka kena makan 1530 kalori\/sehari.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Kalau nak makan lebih, sila buat senaman. Jumlah akan ditambah dalam kalori. Bolehlah nak makan banyak daripada biasakan. Itu reward selepas bersusah payah buat senaman. Jangan tak makan pulak. Rugi. Lagipun, jangan terlalu lama buat defisit kalori ni. Nanti badan akan terima signal badan hanya terima sebanyak itu sahaja. Tak ke rugi. Hilang nikmat oi tak boleh makan.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Kenapa nak fit sangat ni? Biasa la lepas bersalin badan akan mengembang. Takmau. Memang tak gemar tengok badan mencacak naik. Tak kisah macam mana situasi kita pun, badan perlu fit. Ini sebabnya :<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Bila mana suka berjalan, badan mesti tough dengan situasi berjalan beribu langkah sehari.<\/li>\n<li>Larat nak mengusung beg berkilo-kilo.<\/li>\n<li>Nanti larat nak bawak baby.<\/li>\n<li>Nafas tak mudah semput.<\/li>\n<li>Biar sihat sepanjang masa.
